diving  New Zealander William Trubridge has regained his world record at the freediving Vertical Blue competition in the Bahamas.

Trubridge took 3min 20sec to sink to 84 metres then ascend to the surface in the constant weight (no fins) category at Dean’s Blue Hole on April 4, 2008.
