shows  Last year’s Summer Junkanoo Festival at Taino Beach in Grand Bahama was a rsounding success and it promises to be just as successful this year!

The festival happens every Thursday from 6pm – 10:30pm beginning July 3, through July 31.

It features cultural performances from local and national artists, including the popular Defence Force Band, the Conch Juice Band and the Ultra Vibes Band. A Junkanoo Rush Out also occurs every week. Plus, there will be a variety of Bahamian culinary treats, crafts and a Kid’s Corner. Fashion and jazz shows make the evenings something to look forward to. Arrangements are being made to have visitors bussed to the event… so ask about it at your hotel.
