The 65,000 square foot development has five restaurants, 21 retail outlets and a collection of carts that showcase the artistry of The Bahamas.
New to the Caribbean, Carmine’s Italian restaurant, a popular New York eatery known for its Italian dishes, will revel in a family-style atmosphere by serving sumptuous platters of classic Italian dishes to share. Carmine’s at the Marina Village is the first international branch of the restaurant. Located directly on the water, this restaurant will feature traditional Italian decor such as paneled walls, red velvet curtains, timber-beamed ceilings and racks of wine. A grand open-dining area defined by stone walls and oversized iron chandeliers will offer picturesque views of the nearby yachts. The team of Atlantis chefs and restaurants managers who will operate the Carmine’s branch on Paradise Island recently traveled to Manhattan where they received extensive training at two of the city’s locations.
