cuisine The Romora Bay Club takes pride in hiring great Chefs. They come from France : Now, Fabrice Gomet has joined the Club. Cuisine to him is poetry.
With Ludovic Jarland, our cuisine had the “Bourgeois french cuisine” touch and from Fabrice Gomet the ” Nouvelle cuisine” subtlety and sobriety, a creative though familiar cuisine based on homemade soups, breads, pastries, ice creams, sorbets and entremets, Certified Angus Beef , fresh fishes and shellfish and organic greens and vegetables. And last but not least, Chef Fabrice Gomet, who was recommended to us by Paul Bocuse in person, has a colourful and warm personality that provides generosity to his creations.
At Chez Dupont & Steaks you can dine alfresco on the patio with ocean view or enjoy the provencale charm of our main dining Patio. From 11 am to sunset, a deli over the bay, and next to the poolhappy hour spot, self serve wine bar.
