romance  You ever get the feeling the wedding date you picked was a loser?

Take mine, for example: Sept. 16, 1989, chosen because A.) the church and Junior League of Houston were both available, and B.) because …well, I’m not sure there was any symbolic reason for that particular date. It just worked with everyone’s schedules.

Nineteen years later, things are still cooking at the Davies house – but then into my e-mail inbox popped a news release from Sandals Resorts.
